About the role
Our HR department work alongside Universities and Colleges local to our offices to ensure that our junior staff receive the best possible education during their training with Align.
Our approach with our employee’s education is flexible and focussed on their strengths and interests. We have a highly experienced team of Chartered Building Engineers to support all our trainees and offer full support throughout their education.
Learning is continual and under the guidance of a mentor, you will have actual ‘on the job’ experience in line with your qualification. Professional Qualification guidance is given as soon as viable and job prospects within Align are mapped in line with the employees career goals.
